Whisk or beat the salted eggs with a whisk or fork until light and stiff.

Add warm milk and cream, and mix thoroughly until smooth.

Lightly preheat the baking sheet and grease it with butter.

Pour the egg mixture into the baking pan, but keep in mind that the omelet will rise during baking.

Bake for 20–30 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C. Do not remove the omelet from the oven right away; wait 5–7 minutes for it to cool.
