Microwave Mug Omelet

Description

A very quick omelet is made like this. In a large bowl (a soup bowl, for example, but one that fits in the microwave) grate the cheese, slice the sausage, and crack in the eggs. Mix everything with salt, pepper, and vegetable oil and microwave for 4 minutes. Sprinkle the finished omelet with herbs. It can be served warm or chilled.

    Grate the cheese into a large bowl.
