Omelet in a Jar
Description
The recipe won't take much time. An omelet in a jar is quite easy to make. Beat the eggs with milk and pour the mixture into a butter-greased screw-top jar. Place it on a cloth in a saucepan of water and cook for 20 minutes after the water comes to a boil. The jar lid should not be screwed on tightly. Shake the finished omelet out of the jar with a sharp motion. Put it on a plate, garnish with herbs, and serve. The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.
