Spinach Omelette
Description
Actually, this spinach omelet is a traditional Italian dish called frittata. However, in order not to scare the reader with an exotic and unfamiliar name, I decided to call it more simply—spinach omelet :) The dish turns out absolutely wonderful, a complete breakfast—nutritious, satisfying, yet not too heavy. And it's quick to prepare, which is very important. So as soon as fresh young spinach appears in stores, I immediately remember this spinach omelet recipe and make it, make it, make it almost every morning. And I wish you the same :)
