Omelet with Cottage Cheese in a Multicooker
Description
Suitable for both holidays and everyday meals. This cottage cheese omelet in a slow cooker can be made in two ways—a sweet version with sugar and raisins, for example, or a classic one with vegetables to taste. 1. First, mash the cottage cheese thoroughly; if it is dry and lumpy, it is better to rub it through a sieve. For the sweet omelet, you can use cream cheese spread. 2. Add milk to the cottage cheese and beat well. 3. Beat the eggs separately with a pinch of salt or sugar. Add the eggs to the cottage cheese mixture and mix thoroughly. 4. This is the classic cottage cheese omelet in a slow cooker, and you can send it to cook as is. However, if you like, you can add a little extra touch—green peas or corn, for example. This version will not only look nicer but also help mask the cottage cheese flavor even better. For children, it is best to use the vegetables they like most. 5. Grease the slow cooker bowl with butter. Carefully pour in the egg-and-cottage cheese mixture. Cook the omelet on Bake mode for about 20 minutes (cooking time may increase if you use a double or triple batch of ingredients). 6. Remove the finished omelet from the bowl and, if desired, sprinkle with grated cheese. Serve warm or chilled.
