Omelette with tuna and tomatoes
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You don't need to buy expensive tuna chunks for this recipe; salad flake tuna will work just fine. Enjoy cooking and serve hot.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the necessary ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

Break the eggs into a deep bowl, add salt, pepper to taste, and a couple of tablespoons of cold water. Lightly beat until uniform.
- 3
Step 3

Heat half of the butter in a non-stick frying pan. Pour in half of the egg mixture and fry the omelet, slightly lifting the edges to allow the mixture to flow to the bottom and brown.
- 4
Step 4

When the omelet has thickened on top, sprinkle it with grated sharp cheese, chopped onion, and spinach (half of the total amount).
- 5
Step 5

Place half of the tuna and tomatoes on top.
- 6
Step 6

Fold the omelet in half so that the filling is slightly visible, and place it on a warmed plate. Repeat the process for the second omelet.

Step 7

Serve immediately at the table with toasted bread.
- 8
Step 8

Serve at the table.
