First, break the eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. Add milk, cheese grated on the coarse side of the grater, flour, and chopped herbs to the yolks; season with salt and pepper.

Now beat the egg whites thoroughly until stiff peaks form. Beat the yolks with the remaining ingredients as well, then gently fold the egg white mixture into the yolk mixture.

Cut the sausage into rings and fry in a pan with vegetable oil added; transfer to a bowl.
