
Omelet with sausage and cheese
Description
A tasty snack for any gathering. This is not quite the classic sausage-and-cheese omelet recipe—it is enhanced with spinach and baked in the oven. This version of the dish can be an excellent option for a festive breakfast without much effort. You can also use various vegetables to taste and spices as the filling. It can be served warm or chilled.

1. First, wash and dry the spinach (if using vegetables, do the same). Chop it slightly.
