
Salmon and cream cheese omelette
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Even a schoolchild can easily prepare this dish! It's tasty, nutritious, and filling, so it will easily satisfy your hunger until lunch. Serve the omelet warm. If desired, you can substitute cream cheese with processed or grated hard cheese—it will melt from contact with the warm omelet. Serve hot.

Prepare the listed ingredients.

Beat the chicken eggs in a deep container, add salt and pepper. Whisk for about 1-2 minutes.

Heat a pan with vegetable oil, pour the egg mixture into it, and reduce the heat. Cook the omelet until set for 2-3 minutes, preferably covered with a lid.

Place the omelet on a plate and put a piece of cream cheese of any fat content and flavor on its edge.
