Omelet with Chanterelles and Sausage

Description

An instant and very tasty omelet for any occasion. Mix eggs with milk and salt, pour onto a skillet and let it set slightly. Add lightly fried sausage with mushrooms and grated cheese. Wait until the cheese melts, and serve. Can be served warm or chilled.

   Lightly fry them in a pan.

   Whisk the eggs with milk and salt. Pour them into another frying pan and let them set slightly. Then add the sausage with mushrooms and grated cheese.

   Using a spatula, fold the omelet over and after a couple of minutes remove from the heat and serve.
