Omelette with Strawberries

So, let's get started. 1. First, crack the eggs, add two tablespoons of water, a pinch of salt, and beat well. It's best to use a mixer, but a whisk will do. 2. Wash the strawberries under running water and cut them into pieces. 3. Cut the cheese into small cubes. 4. Mix the cheese and the egg mixture and beat again, then pour onto a skillet with melted butter. 5. When the omelet is almost done, place the strawberry pieces on top and sprinkle with sugar. Fold the finished omelet in half, drizzle with condensed milk, and serve with a cup of fragrant coffee. It can be served warm or chilled.
