Description
I sometimes make oven-baked potato omelet just for myself when I'm alone. I love being lazy, and this amazing, easy-to-make, filling dish is perfect for those who have little time—or for lazy people like me. I came up with this potato omelet recipe myself. There are many different ways to prepare it in the oven, and I decided to try this one. I'm very pleased! I wish you the same.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes.

Fry the potatoes in butter.

Beat the eggs with a whisk, add salt.

Place the potatoes in a baking dish and pour the egg mixture over them.

Bake in the oven for twenty minutes. The potato omelet is ready!
