
Omelette with potatoes
Description

1. Peel the potatoes and wash them, then slice them thinly (the thinner, the better). Peel and slice the onion into thin half-rings.

2. Heat a pan with vegetable oil, add the potatoes and onions, and sauté for several minutes, almost until cooked through, but do not brown.

3. Crack the chicken eggs into a bowl, add salt, and mix with a fork. Use a slotted spoon to remove the vegetables and add them to the bowl with the eggs, then mix well.
