
Omelet with Ground Meat in a Frying Pan
Description
The appetizer is quick and easy to prepare. The minced-meat omelet is made as follows: Finely chop the onion, mix it with the ground meat and tomato paste, add salt and pepper, and fry until done in olive oil. Beat the eggs with milk and a pinch of baking soda. Pour half of the omelet mixture into a skillet with melted butter. When the omelet sets, spread the filling on top and pour the second half of the omelet mixture over it. Cover with a lid and cook for 15 minutes. Sprinkle the finished omelet with chopped herbs and grated cheese, leave it on the turned-off burner for another five minutes, then serve. The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.
