Oven-Baked Omelette with Cauliflower
Description
This appetizer is quick and easy to prepare. To make a baked cauliflower omelet, we’ll need a little baking soda (a pinch) to make the omelet fluffier and lighter. I like to add chopped dill and parsley to the omelet (you can use dried herbs too). Cauliflower itself isn’t salty, so I personally season the omelet well with salt. The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.
