
Omelette with cauliflower and broccoli
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This colorful omelet is ready in just a few minutes. It can be served with various sauces, pâtés, sausages, or roasted and boiled meat. If desired, you can blanch the cabbage in advance and freeze it in portions, so you always have an ingredient ready for making the omelet. Serve hot.

Prepare the listed ingredients.

If using frozen cauliflower and broccoli, thaw them at room temperature. If using fresh, cut off the florets and blanch them in boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Slice into rounds.

Break the chicken eggs into a deep container, add salt, ground black pepper, and wheat flour. Beat everything for about 2-3 minutes.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and fry the cabbage slices for 1-2 minutes on each side.

Carefully pour the egg mixture into the pan and reduce the heat to the lowest setting. Cover the pan with a lid and cook the omelet for 5-8 minutes. Place washed parsley or dill onto the omelet.

As soon as the egg mixture becomes firm, the omelet is ready! Turn off the heat. Keep in mind that as soon as you remove the lid, it may slightly decrease in volume.
