Zucchini omelet

Description

The recipe won't take much time. It's impossible to live in the city during summer, so my children and I move to our summer house, while my husband commutes back and forth: to work in the city in the morning and back to the cottage in the evening. In our family, everyone loves zucchini, so we grow it in fairly large quantities. When we're living at the cottage in summer, zucchini omelet is probably our most popular breakfast. It's incredibly delicious: you pick a ripe zucchini straight from the garden, grab some homemade cheese bought at the market, add eggs...
