
Broccoli Omelet in a Skillet
Description

Wash the broccoli florets, cut them into pieces, then sauté them in butter for about 4 minutes.

Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the whites. Combine the yolks, whites, and milk. Season with salt.

Pour the milk mixture into the pan with the broccoli and cook for 3 minutes, covered.

Grate the cheese, finely chop the onion and dill, and sprinkle the omelet with all of this. Eat the dish while it is still hot.
