Japanese Omelette
Description
The appetizer is quick and simple to make. Eastern cuisine dishes are very popular; we all often visit sushi bars and cafes where Japanese and Chinese dishes are prepared. Some of them can easily be recreated in your own kitchen. I'll tell you. Serve with greens and sauce.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Beat all ingredients, except the butter, until the sugar granules dissolve.
- 2
Step 2

This omelet is best made in a pan like this, but a regular one works too. Grease the pan with oil and heat over medium heat.
- 3
Step 3

Check if the pan is hot enough: drop in a little of the egg mixture; it should set almost immediately.
- 4
Step 4

Pour half of the egg mixture into the pan and spread it evenly across the entire surface in a uniform layer.
- 5
Step 5

When the mixture has half thickened, roll it from one edge to the other into a roll.
- 6
Step 6

This is what the roll turns out like. It's no big deal if it doesn't come out even and beautiful the first time.
- 7
Step 7

Move the crepe to the other edge of the pan, grease the pan with oil.
- 8
Step 8

And pour the remaining egg mixture onto the pan. Gently lift the roll so the mixture gets underneath it as well.
- 9
Step 9

And again, repeat the wrapping process once the mixture thickens.
- 10
Step 10

Lightly brown the egg omelet on all sides, and remove it from the pan.
- 11
Step 11

Cut into neat rolls and serve.
