Thoroughly whisk until smooth 10 eggs, 10 teaspoons vegetable oil, 10 teaspoons water, and ½ teaspoon salt.

From the resulting batter, bake thin pancake-style omelets. I got 12 pieces. Before baking each omelet, lightly grease the pan with vegetable oil.

Prepare the filling for the omelets. Peel the onion, finely chop it, and sauté until golden. Add the onion to the ground chicken, season with salt and pepper, and mix well.

Place a tablespoon of filling on each omelet and fold into an envelope.
