Chop the walnuts. You can also grind them in a coffee grinder.

Add the eggs, water, salt, and black pepper to the nuts.

Beat with a fork or whisk until the mixture is smooth and uniform.

Heat the skillet well with vegetable oil and pour the egg mixture onto it. Reduce the heat and cover the skillet with a lid. After about 4 minutes, remove the lid and cook the omelet for another two or three minutes.
