Greek Omelet

Description

A tasty appetizer for any gathering. I'm not sure this counts as a classic Greek omelet recipe, but it's definitely one of the tastiest. Juicy vegetables paired with egg and tender cheese—bright, delicious, and undoubtedly healthy. If you like, you can serve this omelet with a meat dish that needs a side. The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.

Instructions

    1. First, prepare all the essential ingredients. Wash the tomatoes (in this case, cherry tomatoes) and cut them in half. Peel the onion and dice it. Cut the olives into quarters or halves. Wash the spinach (this Greek omelet recipe is not limited to this green alone—you can use any greens you have on hand), pat dry, and chop it slightly.
