Cut the pork fat into sticks and fry well in a skillet. You can fry it until it turns into crispy cracklings :) It’s up to your taste.

In a bowl, beat the eggs with salt using a fork.

Finely chop the green onions and add them to the egg mixture. Stir.

Pour the egg-and-onion mixture into the pan with the pork fat and fry for about 3–4 minutes.
