Description

The appetizer is quick and easy to prepare. This is a wonderful recipe for a light, nutritious breakfast. Here, the kefir omelet in a multicooker is finished with nothing but fresh herbs; if you like, you can also use boiled meat, mushrooms, or vegetables as the filling. You can add grated hard or soft cheese as well. Serve the appetizer at the table.

    5. Pour kefir into the egg mixture and add the herbs. Mix everything thoroughly. To make a kefir omelet in a multicooker at home fluffier, you can also add a pinch of baking soda. If desired, you can add fresh or frozen vegetables to the egg mixture.

    6. Grease the multicooker bowl with butter. Carefully pour the omelet into it and turn on the Baking mode for 20 minutes (the time can be reduced or increased depending on the portion size). You can use this time for other tasks, and after the program finishes, remove the omelet and cut it into serving-sized pieces. Before serving, you can sprinkle the omelet with grated cheese.
