
Quail Egg Omelet in a Multicooker
Description
There are many ways to make a quail egg omelet in a multicooker—from classic to sweet. You can also use various vegetables, meat, or cheese as a filling. This omelet turns out very tender, fluffy, and very healthy. Serve with herbs and sauce.

1. Many people consider quail eggs much more nutritious than chicken eggs. However, their main advantage is that they are less allergenic. An omelet like this, made from quail eggs in a multicooker at home, can be a great breakfast not only for a child but for the whole family. Four to five quail eggs are equivalent to one medium chicken egg; based on that, you will need about a dozen quail eggs for two servings.

2. Crack the eggs into a deep bowl.

3. Pour milk into the eggs. This is a classic quail egg omelet recipe for a slow cooker; however, if desired, you can also use mayonnaise, sour cream, or kefir.

4. Add a pinch of salt and gently beat the mixture with a whisk or fork. For a fluffy omelet, it is better not to beat it too vigorously, but rather mix until smooth. You can also add a pinch of pepper or dried herbs to taste.

5. Grease the multicooker bowl with a small amount of butter (you can use a few drops of vegetable oil and spread it over the entire surface of the bowl with a brush). Carefully pour in the omelet and turn on the "Bake" mode. For this amount of eggs, 15–20 minutes will be enough for the omelet to cook through well.

6. Carefully transfer the finished omelet onto a plate and cut into serving portions. If desired, garnish with fresh herbs or sprinkle with grated cheese. This omelet can be served with fresh vegetables.
