Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Beat the eggs, add diced tomatoes, then 2 or 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, chopped herbs, spices, salt, sausage cut into cubes or strips, mix everything and pour onto a frying pan. Fry. Serve the ready dish hot.
