Olivier Rolls

Description

The appetizer is quick and easy to prepare. The tastiest appetizers are actually the simplest ones. If you are already quite tired of making traditional "Olivier" salad for every holiday, I suggest you make Olivier rolls—a very original appetizer that will decorate your festive table and pleasantly surprise your loved ones and guests. You can use not only shallots, but also regular white onions, and instead of quail eggs, you can use chicken eggs. I recommend buying salmon already sliced into strips—it will be faster and more convenient to wrap it into rolls. Serve the appetizer at the table.

    3. Cut the salmon into thin strips and roll them into rolls so that you can place the filling inside. Using a spoon, place the salad into the salmon rolls. Garnish with greens.
