Pancakes for breakfast
Description
The baking is simple and quick. I mostly make these pancakes for breakfast, sometimes for afternoon tea. They are very fast to prepare and turn out fluffy, light, delicious, and aromatic. I love eating them with various syrups (for example, berry, chocolate, or vanilla), or, out of old habit, serve them with sour cream. Serve them cooled or slightly warm.
Instructions

Step 1

1. I don't see a significant difference in the order of mixing ingredients, so I pour kefir into a bowl, add the egg, neutralize the baking soda with vinegar, add granulated sugar. If necessary, I add flour (until the mixture reaches a thick sour cream-like consistency).

Step 2

2. Thoroughly mix all the ingredients in a bowl, add orange zest (it will give the pancakes a pleasant flavor and aroma).

Step 3

3. The dough should be thick, even sticky, and definitely free of lumps.

Step 4

4. Heat a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil. Spoon the batter to form pancakes and fry them on both sides until golden brown.

Step 5

5. Serve the ready pancakes necessarily hot.
