Mini Pancakes with Condensed Milk
Description
Pancakes made with condensed milk are a fairly simple dish that can be prepared in just 20–30 minutes. The main thing here is to achieve a batter consistency that yields pancakes that are not thin and flat, but fluffy and tender. The batter should not be liquid. When making the pancakes, choose the fat content of the condensed milk and kefir yourself. I prefer lower‑fat products, considering that there is enough fat from sunflower oil and the dish is already very caloric on its own. The baking is ready. Serve.
