Seafood pancakes
Description
The dough is simple to make: everything in a 1:1 ratio. As for seafood, you can use any kind: scallops, mussels, shrimp, octopus, squid, crab sticks—frozen or chilled (fresh ones are very hard to find). Be sure to thoroughly dry the seafood before using. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
