1. Warm the water for preparation to room temperature. Pour it into a bowl, add the yeast, and mix thoroughly. Add sugar and salt. Sift the flour to enrich it with oxygen, then gradually add it to the water and yeast mixture. Let the dough rest for twenty to thirty minutes, covered with a towel or cloth.

2. After some time, the dough doubles in size, we mix it and set it aside for another ten minutes.

3. Mix the batter for the third time, then start frying the pancakes.

4. Place the pan on the stove, pour oil into it (the pancakes absorb a lot), and wait for it to heat up. Spoon the batter onto the hot pan.
