Yeast pancakes with milk
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I often make these little pancakes because they contain no eggs or butter. You can fry them using minimal vegetable oil, or on a dry non-stick pan. During fasting, you can easily replace milk with water to make a fasting version of these pancakes. They remain just as fluffy and delicious. Enjoy your cooking! The baked goods are ready. Serve at the table.
