
Pancakes with milk and sour cream
Description
Perfect with tea and coffee. Pancakes made with sour cream turn out fluffy and porous, rising right before your eyes. They are very easy to make and require little effort. These little pancakes are great for breakfast or afternoon snack. Serve them with honey or syrup, or with sour cream and jam. Enjoy warm or chilled. Ideal with tea.

1. Crack the egg into a bowl and mix it with a fork. Add sugar, milk, sour cream, melted and cooled butter, and vanilla. Whisk well.

2. Sift flour into a bowl, add baking powder and baking soda, and mix in a pinch of salt.

3. Gradually pour the liquid ingredients into the flour in a thin stream, constantly stirring with a whisk, and beat until a smooth consistency forms. Let the batter rest for 15 minutes so it becomes thicker.

4. Heat a frying pan with some vegetable oil, then spoon small circles onto it. Fry on both sides until golden brown.

5. Serve the pancakes with maple syrup, as they do in America or Canada.
