Fluffy kefir pancakes without eggs
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You want the pancakes to be fluffy, but without adding eggs, they turn out more like small flatbreads. I don't know the secret, but with this recipe, you don't need to add eggs, and the pancakes will turn out exactly how you like them. I recommend eating the pancakes straight from the pan while they're still hot. Serve warm or cooled. Perfect with tea.
