Yeast pancakes made with water
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Yesterday, guests suddenly dropped by, and I had nothing to treat them with. I found a solution—yeast-based water pancakes. I prepared them in just 30 minutes, and if you don't have time to wait for the sponge to rise, you can make these pancakes even faster. If you're not fasting, it's better to use milk instead of water and add an egg to the batter—this will make the pancakes even more delicious. Serve them cooled or slightly warm.
