Classic yeast pancakes
Description
Delicious baked treats for the whole family. You can make pancakes using milk, kefir, or sour milk. Usually, people add eggs to them, but I consider this unnecessary. The classic pancake recipe calls for dry yeast. To make the batter smooth and lump-free, add flour gradually and mix well. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

First, dissolve the yeast in warmed milk whey. Also add salt to it and pour in sugar.
- 2
Step 2

Stir well until the sugar and yeast dissolve. Then add the vegetable oil. Sift the flour and gradually add it to the liquid ingredients.

Step 3

Each time you add flour, mix thoroughly to avoid lumps. The batter does not need to rest; you can start frying the pancakes immediately.

Step 4

Fry the batter on a preheated skillet with oil. Cook until golden brown on both sides. I recommend placing the ready classic yeast pancakes on paper towels to drain excess oil.

Step 5

Serve for breakfast with sour cream or jam.
