Apple pancakes with kefir
Description
The baking is simple and quick. I'd like to point out that you can use apples in the filling either chopped, grated, or even as a puree. These little pancakes will surely be appreciated by both adults and children. The batter turns out tender, airy, and pairs wonderfully with fruit. By the way, you can add cinnamon to the recipe for extra aroma, if you like it :)
