Pancakes made with whey
Description
Delicious baked treat for the whole family. Pancakes can be prepared in several ways, but the most popular and successful version is pancakes made with buttermilk. Using this recipe, your pancakes will turn out even fluffier and tastier. If unexpected guests arrive or you simply want to quickly prepare something for tea, this recipe is exactly what you need. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

Step 1

1. Almost every housewife makes these cottage cheese pancakes, as the recipe is extremely simple. Pour the whey into a container (sometimes I replace it with low-fat kefir), add baking soda, and stir. It's better if the whey is slightly warm (this speeds up the reaction). Let it sit for 2 minutes until foam forms.
