Chicken fillet pancakes with mayonnaise
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Pancakes made from chicken fillet with mayonnaise turn out very tasty, hearty, and juicy precisely because of the mayonnaise in the composition. If you don't want to add store‑bought mayonnaise, you can make it yourself and add it to the pancakes. Of course, if you really want, you can even replace the mayonnaise with sour cream, but I still prefer it with mayonnaise. Try both versions and choose the best.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

Cut the chicken fillet with a knife as finely as possible. For this, it is best to use a large chef's knife.
- 3
Step 3

Finely chop the onion (or blend it in a blender), press the garlic through a press, and add it to the chicken.
- 4
Step 4

Add the egg, mayonnaise and flour. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- 5
Step 5

When you mix, check if you might need to add a little more flour, and if the mixture is too thick, add a bit more mayonnaise. The consistency should be a mass similar to regular pancake batter, perhaps a little thicker.
- 6
Step 6

Heat vegetable oil in a pan, and with a spoon drop the batter for chicken pancakes, forming small circles. Fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown. The pancakes cook quite quickly.
- 7
Step 7

These are how appetizing chicken pancakes turn out.
- 8
Step 8

The pastry is ready. Serve with tea.
