Corn pancakes
Description
Homemade treats for tea. Corn pancakes can be made only from fresh corn in the milky stage (young corn) or from canned corn. Take the corn out of the can, drain the water, and dry the kernels on a paper towel. For this recipe, use large eggs; if your eggs are smaller, add one more. Beat the egg whites until stiff; for best results, chill the whites first and add a pinch of salt. Fry the pancakes in butter or vegetable oil. Serve the pancakes with soy sauce, which you can make spicy. Enjoy with success! They can be served with tea or coffee.
