Zucchini fritters in a multi-baker
Description
The bake comes together simply and quickly. To help the fritters hold their shape well, squeeze the excess liquid out of the grated zucchini. You can add not only garlic to the batter but any aromatic herbs as well—choose to your taste. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
