
Pancakes made from dietary cottage cheese
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. You can use full-fat homemade cottage cheese or low-fat dietetic cottage cheese. These cheese pancakes can be served with jam or honey, with berries and fruits, with sour cream, or eaten plain. Serve them warm. They can be cooked either in a pan or in the oven.

1. Place low-calorie cottage cheese into a bowl and mash it slightly with a fork.

2. Add the chicken eggs one at a time (if they are large, two will be enough; if small, use three).

3. Add granulated sugar (white or brown), as well as flour, salt, and vanilla extract.
