
Quick pancakes
Description
Homemade treats for tea. These pancakes can be served with a variety of sweet toppings: powdered sugar, honey, melted chocolate, different syrups, any jam, or even fresh berries and fruits—the possibilities for your imagination are endless. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
Instructions

Sift the flour, add 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar, and set aside.

Break the eggs into another bowl, add a pinch of salt, and beat well (preferably with a mixer).

After a couple of minutes, add 2 tablespoons of butter and a packet of baking powder to this mixture, and stir. Then add room-temperature milk and pour this mixture over the flour. Mix thoroughly.

Heat the skillet slightly to medium temperature, then pour the remaining oil into it to coat the bottom.

With a spoon, place the batter onto the skillet and fry each side for 3 minutes over low heat. You should get about 15 pancakes.

Preheat the oven to 100 degrees. Place the prepared pancakes on a baking sheet and leave for another 3-5 minutes. Serve hot!
