Description
For making these pancakes, it's better to use not the freshest kefir. This way, the baking soda will work more actively in the batter, enriching it with carbon dioxide. It is the reaction of the baking soda that gives the batter its porous texture. The baking is ready. Serve at the table.

Before starting the preparation, gather the necessary ingredients. Sift the flour beforehand to aerate it and enrich with oxygen.

In a bowl, break an egg and mix it with sugar and a pinch of salt.
