Perch baked in parchment in the oven
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Nutritionists constantly claim that the best way to preserve fish's beneficial properties and reduce its calorie content is to bake it in the oven. I suggest taking it a step further—bake sea bass in parchment paper. This method of preparing sea bass is remarkably simple, requiring minimal ingredients and little time. It's easy, quick, and uses very few ingredients. The fish's natural flavor is enhanced, making it aromatic and juicy. Serve hot.
