Baked perch in a pot in the oven
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Dishes cooked in pots benefit from the unique conditions of heat treatment. Just recall how we used to admire the food our grandmothers prepared in clay pots and cast-iron casseroles in the oven. Few people nowadays have the opportunity to cook in an oven, but many try to recreate those traditional, time-tested conditions. I suggest preparing a dish in a pot using perch fillet and traditional vegetables. Fish in a pot appears on our tables far less frequently than meat and vegetable dishes. You'll love the delicious and excellent result. Serve hot.
