
Perch in marinade
Description
For preparing this dish, I recommend buying sea bass fillet so you don't have to spend time cleaning the fish. Adjust the spices to your taste, as you might want to make the marinade spicier or, on the contrary, milder. Good luck!

Rinse the sea bass fillet, pat dry, and cut into portion-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper.

Coat the fish in flour, then fry it on both sides in vegetable oil.

Chop the onion and grate the carrot. Sauté the vegetables in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Add tomato paste and spices. Simmer covered over low heat for 15 minutes. Then pour in the broth and vinegar. Bring to a boil, adding salt and sugar. After 5 minutes, remove from heat.

Place the fish on a plate. Pour the marinade over the top and refrigerate for 3 hours.
