Baked chicken drumsticks in the oven
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Before serving, I prefer to sprinkle the drumsticks with finely chopped parsley. If your drumsticks are large, you can cut them in half with a sharp knife, yielding 4 servings of this delicious meat. It simply melts in your mouth and, as I mentioned, has a truly amazing aroma. The dish is now ready to be served.
Instructions

Step 1

We thoroughly wash the fresh chicken drumsticks and dry them with paper towels. Rub them with butter, season with salt to taste, and sprinkle with "Pepper with Lemon" seasoning. This seasoning holds the secret to the dish's aroma. Place the meat in a baking dish.

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Cover the baking dish with chicken thighs tightly with foil and place in the oven for one hour. After an hour, the chicken thighs will look pale. They are cooked, but still not very appetizing in appearance.

Step 3

Turn the oven to maximum heat, remove the foil, and bake the drumsticks for another 10 minutes. Once a golden crust forms, take the dish out and serve.
