Baked chicken drumsticks with beer
Description
This dish is very similar to shashlik. The only thing missing is the smoky aroma. The drumsticks become very fragrant and tender during cooking.

Step 1

1. First of all, prepare the chicken drumsticks. Sear them over an open flame, rinse, and cut into small pieces. When preparing chicken, the carcass should first be cut apart, then similarly seared over flame.

Step 2

2. Layer the pieces of sliced meat, sprinkling each layer with the spice mixture and salt. Once all the meat is arranged, pour beer over it (the beer should completely cover the meat).

Step 3

3. Place the pot with the prepared meat in the refrigerator for about a day, stirring the meat several times a day. This ensures it marinates evenly. Then place the meat onto a baking sheet and lightly spray it with beer.

Step 4

4. Place the drumsticks in the preheated oven and bake for about forty-five minutes at medium temperature. Every fifteen minutes, spray the meat with beer. Serve the cooked drumsticks with fresh vegetables.
