
Chicken drumsticks in the oven with mayonnaise and garlic
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I like this recipe for tasty marinated chicken thighs because it's absolutely hassle-free. You just need to marinate the thighs, then put them in the oven half an hour later. Once I marinated the thighs in the morning and baked them in the evening after work—it turned out even more delicious! If you have time, marinate them longer. Serve hot.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Mix mustard, mayonnaise, paprika, salt, and squeeze in a few garlic cloves. I'm using 2 large cloves, but you can use fewer—adjust to your preference.

Mix the sauce well.

Rinse the chicken drumsticks and remove any remaining feathers. Place the drumsticks into a deep bowl, add the sauce, and mix well. Let the drumsticks marinate for at least 20 minutes.

Stir the drumsticks once again, transfer them to a baking sheet or baking dish. Bake in the oven at 190 degrees for 35-45 minutes, depending on the size of the drumsticks and the oven's power.
